This bulge screws on to our threaded retainers giving you a nice, unassuming bulge in your pants while wearing your retainer. It easily unscrews when you need to remove it to pee. This can also help stop dribble from coming out of the retainer if any pee remains in the retainer after you pee.

Initially, I was drawn to this product (retainer) because I was looking for one that would not come loose as some others do with even the slightest movement. I also purchased the 16 oz weight attachment because I was looking for an alternate way to tug on my foreskin without having to wear a strap over the shoulder or down the leg. The 16 oz weight works very well, especially because of its compact design, however, too much movement causes weight to bounce around too much for my comfort. That lead me to purchase a full weight set including the 8 oz. and 4 oz. sizes. Both these weights worn together works for my purposes while I’m outside doing yard work and other chores. I’d read from another restorer that he actually wore just the 4 oz. even while not actively ‘tugging’ because the design was so compact that it didn’t get in the way, yet still gave him a degree of weight tugging. Another added feature to this device is that it’s not necessary to remove the entire thing for urination. Only the bulge head or tip may be removed while the retainer remains in place. The bulge head is engineered and designed to mimic the natural bulge of the glans, so there’s no pointy shapes under clothing that appear with some other designs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and presently it is my ‘go to’ tugging device as well as my only retaining device. I’ve also used the 16 oz. weight in conjunction with another tugger for added weight for nighttime tugging. In fact all three weights can be used for this purpose. If you want a thoughtfully designed, well made and quality engineered retainer and weight set for foreskin restoration, I highly recommend ordering the full compliment of weights and retainer. Bought this with several other products here. This is Definitely a must for the retainer. Both for it’s important function and making it inconspicuous to anyone taking a look.
